Oversee the distribution and sales of health-related products and services, ensuring seamless delivery to customers. Establish and manage sales territories, quotas, and goals while developing and implementing training programs to enhance the performance of sales representatives and align with company objectives. Analyze sales data to evaluate market potential, monitor inventory needs, and identify customer preferences for strategic decision-making. Direct and coordinate sales activities, including promoting and selling vitamins and supplements, providing health consultations, and organizing wellness events both online and in person. Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage with audiences, expand brand reach, and drive sales. Review operational records to forecast sales trends and profitability, supervise regional and local sales teams, and establish competitive pricing structures and discount strategies to optimize revenue growth.
