Full Job Description:

Oversee the daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow. Manage recruitment efforts for administrative and support staff, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Coordinate employee training programs and ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting for administrative functions. Review and approve vendor contracts and invoices related to office operations. Support management by preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and coordinating company events. Ensure proper maintenance of office and production facilities, including building systems and equipment. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and service contracts as needed.

Must have High School Degree and 24 months of experience.
