Job Description:
The primary role and responsibility of the OCM Specialist is to schedule, plan and execute project-level change adoption strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM Specialist works closely with project managers, business relationship managers, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc) to successfully drive the adoption of new technology. Develops and implements change management plans and all related deliverables. Experience in being a team player in organizational change management processes and strong written and verbal communication skills
Required Skills:

*PROSCI certification
• Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.
