Full Job Description:
Conduct regular safety inspections of facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collect samples of dust, gases, vapors, or other potentially hazardous materials for analysis. Test and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure its functionality and compliance with safety standards. Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to
determine causes and develop preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, tests, and investigations. Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with management to develop and implement emergency response plans. Ensure that all safety equipment, including fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and eye wash stations, is properly maintained and accessible. Stay current with changes in safety regulations and standards.
Must have High School Degree or Equivalent and 24 months of experience.
