Project planning and initiation process for a painting services company. Budget and resource
management. Team leadership and coordination. Quality control, risk assessment, and risk management. Scheduling projects and teams to perform paint jobs. Must have understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Delegation and task management. Ability to manage projects and control costs. Thoroughness in documentation and reporting. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations. Meet with customers and provide progress reports. Drive to various project worksites within the same metropolitan statistical area.
Job requirements: High School + 24 months of experience in the job offered. In lieu of the required experience, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Industrial or Civil Engineering.
