-Duties: Provide direct assistance to company leadership by overseeing and coordinating operations and sales activities targeting the Spanish-speaking Latino market. Responsibilities include formulating and implementing policies that align with the company’s strategic objectives, managing the efficient use of materials and human resources, and ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative functions. Tasks involve reviewing financial statements, sales reports, and performance data related to the Latino market to assess productivity, identify areas for improvement, and recommend cost-reduction strategies. Additionally, direct and coordinate financial activities, including budgeting and investment strategies, to enhance operational efficiency within this crucial market segment. Prepare staff work schedules, assign duties, and ensure collaboration across departments to achieve company goals within the Latino market.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Diploma (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related)
- Experience: 2 years of experience (Director, General Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager, or related Managerial experience)
- Fluent in English and Spanish language
Approximately 25% Domestic travel and 10% International travel may be required.
