Full Job Description:
Conduct market research and develop marketing strategy. Gather data about the market such as tenant needs, competition, and economic trends. Develop market strategies and materials to attract and retain tenants including website content, email campaigns and social media posts. Work closely with leasing team to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with leasing goals.
Position requires Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related OR two years experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
