Full Job Description:
Refine is a full-service general contractor and construction management firm. We cut our teeth in the residential market building custom homes and remodelling investment properties. Our goal moving forward is to transition into commercial work with tenant improvements, office build-outs, commercial refurbishment work, and eventually ground-up commercial to include site development.
We are a very lean company with a large network of subcontractors and construction professionals; our relationships allow us to punch-up and take on projects typical of companies 10-20x our size.
To give you an idea of the type of work we do, In 2023 we
-Remodeled 36 homes.
-Built out a state-of-the-art medical day spa.
-Built 6 duplex units from the ground up.
-Refurbished 6 3M+ residential estate homes.
-Built 21 semi-custom investment properties from the ground up.
We have been blessed with a strong word-of-mouth local referral network but have outpaced that lead flow and desperately need to step up our marketing efforts. To date, we've survived with a very basic Wix website and a google business listing (all of which will be updated this week).
Any insights you can provide in addition to your service as described would be highly valued - this is not my core competency as an owner, but I want to get a grasp on the basics and need some adult supervision to carry this forward.
