Full Job Description:
Create profitable trading strategies in exchange-listed equity options across multiple national options exchanges by developing mathematical and statistical models and algorithms. Execute options and stock trades and manage portfolio risks. Research stock market information to improve trading strategies and risk management. Develop and lead a trading team by recruiting and mentoring junior traders and developers. Collaborate with software engineers to improve firm’s trading systems . Req. MBA in Finance, 5 yrs of exp in generating profitable trading strategies working for a member firm of a national financial exchange registered with the USA. 3 of these 5 yrs exp. must be in developing and managing a trading team as a registered derivatives market maker. Strong knowledge in options pricing theory, quantitative methods, Python, Stata, MySQL, S&P Capital IQ and FactSet.
