POSITION DUTIES: Managing daily operations at the construction/worksite. Direct and coordinate the activities of the business to ensure satisfied customers and excellent work product. Review financial reports to measure profits and identify areas of improvements. Develop policies, goals and objectives alongside ownership and oversee its implementation. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase profits. Monitor inventory and supplies. Prepare work schedules for employees, oversee the performance of each employee and address employee issues.
REQUIREMENTS: High School + 2 years of experience in the job offered or any managerial position.
HOURS: 40 hours/week
