Full Job Description:
Meet with stakeholders and supervisors to discuss and determine requirements and objectives for construction projects. Prepare and submit project plans, including information such as objectives, funding, schedules, and staff. Monitor project costs and milestones. If a problem arrives, confer with project staff to identify and resolve it, proposing, reviewing, and approving actions or modifications to project plans accordingly. Provide updates and written reports to owners and management team using word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs.
Bachelor's in CONSTRUCTION MNGMNT, ARCHITECTURE, CIVIL ENG, STRUCTURAL ENG, MATERIALS ENG, MECHANICAL ENG, and ELECTRICAL ENG or equivalent & 12 months of experience are required for this job opportunity.
