Full Job Description:
As a V- irtual Travel Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and booking arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities. A successful individual will have excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge of destinations, transportation options, and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and transportation options based on preferences and budget
Book arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and activities, using online booking systems
Provide clients with information such as advisories and passport requirements
Resolve issues such as delays or cancellations
Stay current on regulations and industry trends
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a phone and/or computer to work from with high speed internet
