Full Job Description:
Assist company, MCARTHUR NEXT, LLC, in repairing, maintaining, or refurbishing restaurant
equipment and machinery; test the status of machinery by observation, utilizing testing equipment, and analyzing
error messages and test results; disassemble machinery to perform repairs and reassembling after repairs are
completed; examine, replace, repair, clean, and adjust parts in equipment, replacing pieces when needed; use
blueprints, schematics, and manuals of machinery to be repaired; maintain stock of parts and materials, record
parts used in repairs, and advise on the purchasing of features and tools as required.
Required: High School and 12 months of experience as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic, Mechanical or repairrelated
occupation, and local travel within the metropolitan area.
