The team here at Secure Personal Assistants can offer a range of services to ensure you get the personal assistant or team of personal assistants that you require. We can visit you at home to ensure you are aware of all the help that they can provide and the services available to you, advise you on how best to set up a bank account for your care needs, help you to set up a system for dealing with National Insurance and tax for those that you employ, assist with staff training, recruitment and any advice you might need.
While being an employer might be new to you, we are on hand to make it as easy and hassle-free as possible to help you with your direct payment for healthcare. We will appoint you a Client Relations Advisor who will be your main point of contact if you have any questions or queries and they will always be on the other end of the phone during working hours. We can help you with recruitment support and finding the perfect Personal Assistant for you, as well as creating and supplying you with job descriptions and T's & C's of employment.
If you want to take the hassle out of your finances, then you can take out a third party agreement with us at Secure Personal Assistants. This means that we will be in charge of employing your personal assistants, but you still do have a level of control. We will be here to support you with funding, training, recruitment and tips to help you manage your NHS personal health budgets.
