Cross-analyze data from various databases to strategize new opportunities, emerging markets and expand existing markets. Experience merging data sets from disparate sources and report findings in a variety of formats and mediums. Formulate strategies for company to generate actionable insights and marketing efforts. Responsible for leading direction of company's marketing efforts based on research results. Partner with stakeholders and analytics team to ensure necessary data is available and improve dashboards. Create marketing content appropriate for different target markets and final presentations with insights, analyses and recommendations. Streamline into replicable process for other new employees in the company domestically and oversees. Req. Prior experience in the real estate industry. Requires 2 years experience as Market Research Analyst, Marketing Specialist or any other marketing position. Will accept any suitable combination of education/experience.
