• Anagen (growth phase) - stimulated by PRP and PRF therapy, strengthening active hair follicles.
• Catagen (transition phase) - decreased by PRP and PRF therapy, reduces thinning and falling or hair follicles.
• Telogen (resting phase) - sleeping hair follicles are activated by RED light therapy and pushed into Anagen growth phase. Evidence has shown that a minimum of 5 red light therapy sessions once a week for 20 minutes each, is required to awaken the sleeping hair folicules into growth phase.
