Full Job Description:
Responsible for participating in upstream and/or downstream aseptic manufacturing. Perform environmental monitoring, GMP are cleaning, participates in the product manufacturing and product inspections. Prepare materials and supplies for GMP manufacturing. Perform environment monitoring and production machinery. Complete batch records and production forms using GMP documentation practices. Perform inspection and packaging of incoming and finished goods. Collaborate with the process development team and participate in the designing process development team for the baculovirus purification. Express proteins for preclinical studies in a scale from 1 Liter to 20 Liters. Maintain cell lines; transfect insect cells, plaque purify, titrate and analyze protein production profiles of recombinant baculoviruses for the production of vaccines and therapeutic proteins. Maintain accurate records of all protein expression operations. Summarize and analyze data and write scientific reports. Perform and analyze immunological assays according to Laboratory Standard Operating Procedures, including but not limited to Western Blot.
Req. Master Degree in Science, Biology or related and 12 months experience job or as Research Associate/Assistant or related.
