Cut, organize, and prepare raw ingredients for its use in cooking dishes; maintain order and cleanliness while following safe and sanitary food handling practices; advise in the purchasing of supplies, kitchen tools, raw materials, and ingredients required for production of meals for restaurant; ensure freshness and quality of food and ingredients and ensure the proper rotation of ingredient stock; follow directions of chef and managers in the assisting and cooking of dishes; control and supervise the proper disposal of decomposing organic products;maintain a superb level of cleanliness and personal presentation in direct relation to the sanitation required to prepare food
