Resolve problems involving computer hardware or software; oversee the performance of computer systems; provide technical assistance and support; conduct computer diagnostics; set up computer equipment for employee use, installing cables, operating systems, and software; train employees in the usage of software and hardware; maintain records of installations and repairs; recommend upgrades and improvements of computer systems; perform data backups; monitor the performance of all computers in the system; plan and implement network security.
Bachelor's in Computer science or similar and 1 year of experience are required.
