The Horizon Academic Research Program (HARP) is a trimester-long online research program for extraordinary high school students to refine their interest in an academic subject. Students will develop a college-level research project under the individualized guidance of a professor or researcher from a globally renowned university. Students who complete research papers in Horizon Academic have the opportunity to include their papers as a part of their college applications, and students who do excellent work in the program have the opportunity to earn a letter of recommendation and to pursue publication of their paper.
