An NDIS Mental Health Support Worker provides support and assistance to individuals with mental health conditions who are NDIS participants. They work collaboratively with the participant and their families to help them achieve their goals and objectives as outlined in their NDIS plan. The support worker may provide emotional support, practical assistance, and connect the participant with other services and supports as needed.
