Full Job Description:
Plan, direct, and coordinate the academic and administrative activities of the K through 8 program. Evaluate curriculum, teaching methods, and programs to determine their effectiveness, efficiency, and use, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Observe teaching methods and examine learning materials to evaluate and standardize curricula, as needed, and teaching techniques to determine areas for improvement. Collaborate with teachers to develop and maintain curriculum standards, develop mission statements, and set performance goals and objectives.
Must have a Masters of Science in Reading or a Masters in Education
Must have 12 months of experience as a Reading Coach
Must have State of Florida License in Elementary Education
Alternatively, we will accept a Bachelor's in Education; 120 months of experience as a Reading Coach and a State of Florida License in Elementary Education.
