Direct and coordinate activities to improve sales of real estate and related products; prepare, observe, and promote products and services such as upgrades, maintenance, and management of rental properties; lead and direct the agency to meet goals, better sales, and optimize customer service; maintain records of expenses and payments; prepare basic financial reports on company earnings; meet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints
Special Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, time management, sales, and marketing skills; knowledge of computers, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
