Provide details quantity Take-offs & Estimate the Cost for Completion of Projects.
Evaluating bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that details have been reviewed for successfully providing clients with an accurate price. Managing multiple bids with tight deadlines.
Read & understand architectural drawings.
Preparing and submitting quotes.
Occasional travel for meeting with homeowner’s or G.C.s
Change order pricing, product submittals, Budgeting and contract negotiations.
Solicit & maintains communication with vendors.
Create Swing drop layouts & schedule of values for clients and labor subcontractors
