Full Job Description:

Manage and maintain schedules; prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software; respond to phone calls, emails, and letters, directing to appropriate parties when necessary; maintain lists of contacts and clients; organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Special Skills: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, such as word processing, managing files, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology; knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction; knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, and leadership techniques
REQUIREMENTS: HIGH SCHOOL DEGREE & 1 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
