Handle financial interactions, such as customer payments, register balancing, and deposit preparation; monitor employees, including assigning duties, monitoring for service and health standards, training new workers, creating disciplinary actions when needed, and creating schedules; resolve customer complaints; supervise operations, including food preparation, portions, special requests and dietary needs, product inventory, equipment maintenance, and health and safety standards; help maintain logistics, such as objectives, budgets, inventories, deliveries, schedules, procedures, new products, and the like.
High School and 12 months of experience are required.
Skills required: Critical thinking, problem solving, customer service skills; knowledge of point of sale, human resources, and accounting software
