Bring warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom, encouraging children to learn and grow; create a fun, safe, engaging learning environment that promotes literacy and early education in a classroom setting; instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth; develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime; establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents; maintain health and safety of all students; communicate both verbally and in writing with children and adults; develop creative and engaging lesson plans suitable for preschool children; track student progress using the assessment tools provided; employ a variety of educational techniques, including storytelling, educational play, sensory activities, and media; follow all school emergency procedures and protocol; ensure children are supervised at all times.
