Read blueprints and other specifications to plan construction projects; assign, schedule, coordinate, and supervise construction activities; estimate and order materials and supplies; inspect work sites for safety, specifications, progress, and improvements; train, monitor, and assist with construction methods, equipment operation, security, and company policies; record operations and production information for reports; utilize, clean, and repair hand and power tools; prepare construction sites for safety, waste management, salvage, and regulations; perform construction tasks, such as weatherization, painting, polishing, cleaning, grinding, and other work; assist craft workers, such as carpenters, plasterers, or masons.
Requirements: High School and 12 months of experience.
