Full Job Description:
Looking for a baker in the area of Orlando to measure and combine ingredients to prepare batters, dough, fillings, and icings; roll, knead, cut, and shape dough to create cookies, bread, and other bakery products; place dough in molds, pans, or sheets and bake, setting oven temperatures as needed; glazing, icing, topping or decorating baked goods; utilizing kitchen production equipment, such as ovens, mixers, food processors, and slicers; check raw ingredients and finished products for damages, expiration, and quality; check equipment for maintenance and safety; maintain clean work areas; coordinate bakery deliveries; maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and order when needed; maintain production records; develop new recipes for baked goods. Ability to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills; familiarity with production baking, food safety, and kitchen production; familiarity with the software used in kitchen management.
High School and 12 months of experience are required.
