Oversee large team specializing in People Operations, Total Rewards, HRMS, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, People Business Partnering, DEI & Data Analytics. Work across the global organization to ensure optimization of current and future people strategies, programs, processes & systems to drive growth, productivity & high performance. Serve as a strategic thought people leader for the organization and oversee every aspect of the people and employee experience. Lead a team of Human Resources Directors, People Business Partners and Sr. Managers through to ICs who develop and execute the people strategies that address the current and future direction of the business. Develop a global competitive rewards program, including compensation, executive compensation, sales incentive programs and equity structures with supporting policies, practices, training structure and tools. Enhance and expand global benefits and wellness programs, perks, and employee experiences to differential employment brand and retain employees on a global level. Oversee all aspects of the people strategy including employee relations, performance management, compensation, staffing, diversity, legal and organizational expansion issues and the development and enforcement of company staffing, diversity, legal and organizational expansion issues and the development and enforcement of company policies. Monitor multi-state labor laws and updates for changes that affect exempt, professionals, non-exempt, and unskilled workers and HR. Lead the guidance, planning and management of the People team budget acting as liaison and partner to the Finance organization, ensuring effective alignment, collaboration and integration in systems, processes and policies. Lead large, complex change management efforts within the global functions within IPO, M & A regulations and restructures. Req. Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Business Administration, Law or related field & 4 years’ experience in Sr. level HR Management/Director position. Req. experience working within Int’l teams within EMEA or APAC. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of: the theory, design, and application of executive compensation concepts/programs, setting up global benefits & 401K plans, creation of equity programs and training.
