Are able to talk to people in English? We need to talk. You do NOT need to talk to anyone on the phone as all the work is done in online chat. You can be based anywhere in the world but should be able to hold simple conversations.
What you will be doing: We need live chat assistants who can reply to messages from website visitors. You will answer customer questions using the chat facility. You need to be polite and helpful, ready to assist where you can. You may need to answer questions, send discount coupons or pass messages on to others.
