Owner Gary Bellar was born and raised in Greenbrier, TN. At the age of 8, he started helping his father install fences on their farm.
When he was 28 years old, the Navy took him to Virginia. There, he started Gary’s Fence Co. – a business that he operated for over 20 years. In 2012, he decided to come home to Tennessee and start Quality Fence and Deck in his hometown of Murfreesboro.

Quality Fence and Deck continues to be a local, family owned and operated business. Owner Gary Bellar has performed quality fencing and deck installations for thousands of satisfied customers.

Quality Fence and Deck installs all types and sizes of fencing for residential homes, as well as commercial businesses. Our experience allows us to work with any fencing material. On any given day, Quality Fence and Deck provides exceptional service for a huge range of needs from small repairs or installations, to installing fences and large decks for residential homes, and all the way up to enclosing entire commercial properties.
