Maintain efficient relationships with other department heads to determine their technology needs; develop plans to implement these needs; Communicate the company's goals, policies, and procedures to all department heads; Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive on the agency management system 360 (AMS360), Agency database powered by Microsoft Access, and networking performance and security (Cisco Meraki) to ensure the efficiency of the entire company’s insurance brokerage and consulting business; Creating long-term schedules to determine when to update company computer systems and cybersecurity measures to remain current on advances in technology; Manage IT department budget and prioritize funds based on primary department goals and then selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software; Develop reports and models in agency management system which can reflect trends to discover instances of fraud, risk prevention, or revenue opportunity; etc. Must have Master’s degree and 1 year of experience.
