Has anyone been able to actually apply for PPP loan forgiveness yet? Did you bypass Quickbooks Capital and just apply manually through the actual bank that lent the money? You need a PPP loan forgiveness attorney to help you with this. I called all three banks directly, and they will not explain anything on the phone. They will email you a form to fill out, but all of them require that you have your income and tax info (and possibly other info) available when you call. All banks are going to ask questions right off the bat about your financial situation, etc. so it would be better if you have an idea or rough idea of what their limits are or might be based on your income. The limiting factor might just be how much repayment capacity you have unless your debt-to-income ratio is particularly high compared to their usual borrower profile.
