The Digital Tech Intake Sr Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application within own job and the business. Typically a small number of people within the business that provide the same level of expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers, often at a senior level. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business. Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy. Primarily affects a sub-function.
Responsibilities:
The Digital Intake Strategy & Planning Sr Analyst possesses a comprehensive understanding of the Digital Intake process and the associated business and technology areas. Defines solutions to business / process challenges and manages the incorporation of the solution into the Demand process and tools:
Demand process, PTS tool Subject Matter Expert that Evaluates IT and evolving business requirements and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
Consults with the business clients to determine system functional specifications.
Partners with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals; identifies and defines necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process enhancements including, screen and workflow designs.
Interfaces with senior project staff and client senior management teams regarding status of projects.
Responsibilities include becoming the GCT SME for the Digital Intake Processes and Workflow Automation and integration
Maintains processes, procedures, and Playbooks supporting the Digital Intake Process and Workflows
Supports Digital Intake Data Analytics & Reporting:
Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define project portfolio tagging, metrics and reporting. Uses analytics to identify digital investment trends and process issues. Develops portfolio tracking and reporting solutions.
Summarizes data in a manner that enables executive decisions regarding investment priorities.
Prepares Executive presentation materials
Persuades and influences others through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.
