Location: Durham, North Carolina. Travel to client sites may be required.
Job Tile: Salesforce Developer
Duties: Work on Agile methodology. Gather requirements and plan sprint wise plans for user stories. Create workflow rules and process builder for the calculations to display columns as per the requirements. Work with Salesforce architect to implement solutions to satisfy business requirements. Provide ongoing support for salesforce.com applications. Communicate project status and escalate issues to management. Provide feedback for improving Technical Publications procedures, standards, and methodologies. Debug production issues on salesforce CRM.
Requirements: Masters in Engineering Management or related field, or equivalent and minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst or related field. Experience should include creation of business process workflow diagrams, rational unified process, business requirement document, GAP analysis, JAD sessions.Requires Salesforce.com certified developer (DEV 401). M-F, 40hrs/wk.
