Job Title: SDET/Senior QA Analyst
Location: Durham, North Carolina. Travel to client sites may be required.
Duties: Able to assist and work on PEGA 7.1, 7.2 Healthcare applications namely GBD Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial. Ability to involve in all SDLC phases and ability to conduct requirement analysis, Test case development, Smoke testing, sanity testing, Regression testing, white box, black box, end to end testing. Assess & analyze user stories in Agile and able to develop test scenarios, test cases; test procedures/process using test Automation. Able to execute test cases using test automation tool selenium web driver. Ability to identify complex problems and should document, communicate to engineering team. Strong experience in automation of web applications using Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Junit and experience in build tools Maven/Gradle & CI/CD tools Jenkins. Strong knowledge on Database technologies Oracle SQL developer, SQL server. Strong experience in Health care domain system testing. Strong knowledge on Facets Health care claims adjudication process and 837 EDI, 834 EDI files. Analyze functional requirements & design specifications to meet all technical and business aspects of requirements. Create technical artifacts including process flow charts, design/architecture documents etc. Estimate, plan and execute toward expectations and commitments, leveraging methodologies and tools, and develop metrics to measure operational efficiency. Analyze application logs to ensure that functionality and performance metrics meet all product and service level requirements. Good knowledge on web services testing using SOAP UI, REST ASSURED, and POSTMAN. Good to have a knowledge on performance testing & Mobile testing.
Requirements: Masters in Engineering Management, related field or equivalent & 6 months experience as a Software Developer. PEGA certified system Architect [PCSA 8.2] certified, relevant coursework and/or experience in Operations Research, Database/Big Data Management, Quality Assurance, Technical project Management, Data Science. M-F, 40hrs/wk.
