Credit Analyst II - Assess credit worthiness of new and/or existing clients through analysis of credit information, including credit bureau reports, review of clients’ financial statements, obtaining clients’ trade/bank references; Review clients’ credit document and financial statement to verify compliance with mortgage regulatory requirements and loan product requirements; Generate financial ratios to evaluate clients’ repayment ability using Calyx Point; Create and complete credit analysis worksheet on MS Excel; Analyze clients’ credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money for company’s mortgage business;.. etc. Must have Master’s degree and 6 months of experience.
