Full Job Description:
• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in the HVAC field required.
• A High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to remove and install all types of Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation and
equipment.
• Must be able to install metal duct, flex duct.
• Willingness to work hard and make sure that the job is done right.
• Ability to work long hours (both weekend and evening) as needed.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box
• Have a great work attitude.
• Have a neat, clean appearance.
• Arrive on time daily.
• Must have own tools
• Valid Driver’s License with no major traffic violations, suspensions, or DUI’s in previous 5 years.
• Must have valid Social Security Card.
• Ability to tolerate extreme environmental conditions consisting of extreme heat and cold.
