What would your day be like?
Help in the initiation and maintenance of person's or family's rehabilitation from drug abuse or addiction, as well as promote the recovery by eliminating hurdles and challenges to it.
Help a patient locate opportunities for harm reduction, recovery, family support, education/employment, social or online support services, or develop a transformation strategy to recover on their own if needed. Assist people in quitting abuse or reducing the damage caused by addictive habits.
Complete data reporting and documentation on care linkages for people who have completed therapeutic care. Keep track of treatment engagement and social support connections.
What should I hold to brace myself for this opportunity?
- Experience working with SUD patients in a residential environment and in high-risk groups is preferred.
- A high level of contact is needed.
- Outstanding computer skills
- It is important to have reliable transportation.
- 2 years of experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant or a related role would be a plus.
Hours
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
