Former Customers - 70% of leads: Customer Service/Public Relations/Problem Solving/Answering Questions.
Key Focus: Empathy & Problem Solving
New Customers - 20% of leads: Showed interest via internet and/or moved into a new home/apartment which previously had the service.
Key Focus: Building value through features and benefits
Current Customers - 10% of leads: Package upgrades and/or contract renewals.
Key Focus: Consulting and public relations
Job Training: 30-60 Days
As a new trainee, we require that each person is prepared and qualified to become a Corporate Trainer. If hired, you will be provided all of the tools necessary to be successful.
Online product knowledge based training with unlimited access.
Detailed training manual with checklists and progress reviews.
One on one interactive office training.
One on one field training.
Branded apparel.
Paid training.
Up to $1,000 in bonus'
Daily Breakdown:
1 hour of in office training and staff meetings at our Massapequa location.
6 hours of lead based sales & consulting work (in teams).
Brief team meeting to review results and strategize.
Preferred Requirements:
Associate Degree
2+ years of relevant work experience
Athletic Mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of media applications via tablet and cell phone
Strong customer service skills
