The WDF203 filtering half mask is in fold style, and made by spun bond layers and melt blown layer. With well designed, the mask could fit your face perfectly. We could supply adjusting buckle to help the fitting if required. The microfiber lets the breathing be easy.
The product is non-medical device. It has reached FFP2 NR level as EN149:2001+A1:2009 standard. The PFE is more than 94%. It is certified by SGS test, and the product has got CE code which would be shown on each piece and outside the boxes. It can against sold and liquid aerosols help reduce inhalation exposures to certain airborne particles but can’t eliminate the risk of contracting infection, illness or disease. All test reports and certificates would be submitted for checking after the order confirmation.
The mask size is 10.5x15.5cm. Each piece has one poly bag, or one bag holds 5 pieces. One box has 25 pieces. One carton holds 24 boxes /600 pieces. Normally the carton’s gross weight is about 6.2 kilograms, and the carton measurement is about 56 x 31 x 44 cm.
With the original package away from contaminated areas, dust, sunlight and fire, the product shelf life would be 3 years. The storage temperature is -20℃ to 50℃, and the relative humidity should be less than 60%.
We are now producing 120,000pcs daily, and could higher the daily outputs to 600,000 pieces if needed. We are exporting to German, France and Italy. The payment could be T/T with deposit, documents against payment (DP) and letter of credit (L/C). It is negotiable with the orders.
