Job Title: ETL Lead/Developer
Location: Princeton Junction, NJ. Travel to client sites may be required.
Requirements: MS in MIS or related field and at least 1 year experience as an ETL Developer or related field in the Healthcare/ Life Sciences Industry. Experience must include experience with multiple Data Warehouse or Database technologies. Ability to work with developers, data analysts or business analysts and previous experience in a business facing role. A good understanding of Accumulators in the healthcare industry and proven experience in working with different accumulator buckets. Tools: Must have strong technical skills related to ETL, experience with Data Modeling, Python, cloud based Datawarehouse technologies like Redshift. Certifications: Microsoft Certified Professional or PowerCenter Developer preferred
Duties: Coordinate with business to gather requirements and propose a design working with the team. Create design documents and provide timelines for new Change Requests to be implemented in production. Coordinate development using Informatica Powercenter and AWS Redshift to meet proper standards and coding techniques. Ensure end to end design, development, data validation and documentation is in place and signed off before implementing the change requests in production. Review existing architecture and work on improving it using AWS and Data Warehousing Best Practices. Guide and mentor development team offshore on data warehousing best practices and ongoing development activities. M-F, 40hrs/wk.
