Job Title: Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Be a thought leader, understand the latest trends and capabilities to implement modern and successful solutions.
Communicate and Collaborate effectively with global customers, external vendors and internal team to drive results.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress & on-time schedule, within scope and budget, ensure resource availability and allocation.
Manage project scope, project schedule and project costs
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, proactively prioritize projects, manage customer expectations, and organizing the team’s effort and effectiveness.
Report and escalate project risks/issues to management as needed
Effectively manage end users, application developers, analyst, system changes. Good Stakeholder management
Perform risk management to minimize project risks & perform risk mitigation analysis and provide workaround solutions
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Become a change agent ensuring lean principles and best practices are followed.
Contributing to your BU/Practice by
Documenting your learnings from the current work and engaging in the external tech community by writing blogs, contributing in Github, Stack overflow, meetups / conferences etc.
Keep updated on the latest technologies with technology trainings and certifications
Actively participate in organization level activities and events related to learning, formal training, interviewing, special projects as assigned.
Program Manage cross-functional initiatives that the business team is championing with a strong focus on Agile methodologies, alignment across a global and matrix team environment
Help the team build value-driven roadmaps, establish prioritization frameworks, maintain customer backlogs, and measure outcomes
Portfolio Manage planned projects and work streams across business and technology teams
You are adept in driving delivery to agreed-upon scope and are familiar with change management practices
Co-ordinate and collaborate across leaders within the organization mitigating program delivery risks and strive to share accurate and timely program updates with stakeholders through project steering, kick-offs, health checks and status reports
Ensure comprehensive change management has been established on programs and projects including change communications, user training and ongoing education
Deep dive where necessary to support with tactical project management


Qualifications:

REQUIRED

5+ years experience program managing complex transformative IT projects
Good understanding of Customer Success & Support Business Systems, SaaS landscapes and trends in the industry
The ability to balance priorities among the long-term vision and short-term execution strategy
Ability to collaborate within and across teams, build and sustain relationships with business partners and team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills adjusted for different audiences, from engineers to executives
Effective listening skills to discern impactful technical requirements from business planning sessions
An ability to mediate and make pragmatic compromises especially in light of multiple stakeholders competing for resources in order to meet their business timelines
Attention to detail: successful history of closing loops and delighting customers
Have a clear understanding of business and development process (Agile preferably)
High energy, results-oriented self-starter with a positive mindset and with a "can do" attitude.
Comfortable driving change and influencing without authority
PREFERRED

Strong technical skills, technical degree or background
History leading and transforming customer service and support platforms delivering on I2R capabilities
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and the rest of the Client product suite
A process mindset
Certified Scrum Master/ PMP certified, etc.
