•Ability' to create detalNd business worMask how diagrams via variety of Software tooIs
•Preform assignments of all analytical levels including problem definlflon, external design, internal design and teeting
•On a project level, identifies poteflal dlfficUhles and communicates to management recommendatlone of automated systems
•On task levd, may schedule, plan and ooordlnate aCtiyiâes of others in the development, enhancement end implementation of autometad

Oualilica0ons Requlrea: pvnowie0pe, ealHe, end sny other epeclal rsquleemente):
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant field is desirable or equivalent work experience
• 3 5 years of experience as a business analye in the P&C insurance field
• Strong knowledge of BA disciplines and methodologies (agile and waterfall)
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate information and identify root causes in order to design, and test possible solutions
• mcellent written and verbel communication skills,
• Ability to opentc effectively in a rapidly changing environment, and the ability to mansge multiple priorities in the eeme lime span
• Knowledge of Guidewire Applications: PolieyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter
