TRISTAR is seeking a Manufacturing Consultant - Manager Level to support our government contract in Crane, IN
Position Description:
• Manufacturing Consultant will advise management on the most efficient methods of managing Firm Fixed Price (FPP) Contract work (processes, Supply chain, staffing) to increase the profitability and value of the contract. Working in a small team to assist internal end users by defining solutions and directing requirements into an Enterprise Resource Planning platform
Position Requirements:
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to demonstrate experience with core business processes
• Experience in troubleshooting, support, and user training
• Prior government contract consulting experience with requirements gathering
• Must have Firm Fixed Price Contract Experience
• Must have experience working in a Manufacturing/Warehouse Environment
• Must have experience with ensuring deliverables are made in a timely manner
• Inventory & Materials Procurement experience required
• Must have experience with Safety and Quality issues procedures
• Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) employees required
• Government contracts experience, preferably with warehouse management/manufacturing background.
• Deep functional knowledge of supply chain modules
• Advanced Microsoft Project Skills
• Must be a US Citizen
Education and Certification:
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in similar field.
