Full Job Description:
· The Site Reliability Engineer provides support and coordinates triage efforts to resolve technical issues for enterprise class applications that are hosted in inhouse or AWS.
· Ability to troubleshoot / triage issues with critical and complex production systems
· Ability to solve problems dealing with complex systems using codified, scripted, or automated solutions
· Ability to identify the toil areas and reduce the manual work thru automation
· Working knowledge of programming languages including Java, C#, Dot Net, and JavaScript (Node.js, Typescript, .NET, React, etc.)
· Understanding of complex system architecture, firewall, DMC, application servers such as Weblogic, Tomcat
· Responsible for completing coding assignments related to applications, testing, systems reliability, build and deployments
· Act as a liaison between internal business units and development teams when needed
· Document reproducible issues in the product bug database
· Available to work in the 24*7 model for call technical support for client systems.
