We are looking to hire a Sr. Digital Analyst to partner with one of our clients digital/marketing teams. Our analytics team gathers, cleans, analyzes and builds meaningful data-storytelling documents with a focus on helping better understand business, customer engagement, user experience and marketing efforts in order to enable our clients to be data driven in their decision-making process. We are looking for someone who has an extremely data-driven mindset and is able to mix business knowledge with statistical tools to deeply understand and interpret the vast amounts of data our clients have. This job requires someone who is confident in communication/critical thinking, but equally confident in their technical acumen. You will work closely with our talented local team leadership to deliver exceptional work and grow your skill sets further. This role will be located in CA, but remote until our clients go back into the office some time in 2021.
Qualifications
• Preferably located in California, remote until June 2021
• Overall 10 years of IT exp and 4 years of experience in a deeply analytical role
• Strong track record delivering value on an analytics, business intelligence or data science team - preferably in consumer SaaS environments
• Marketing/SEO (Search engine optimization) experience a big plus
• A creative approach to problem solving - able to take disparate pieces of information and use statistical analysis to deliver concise, actionable solutions and recommendations
• Self-starting, fast-moving, and collaborative approach to problem solving
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong SQL skills required
• Experience with Hadoop a plus
• Strong clickstream analytics experience, preferably Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
• Experience cleaning, wrangling, and aggregating data from disparate sources
• Experience with Python/R for statistical analysis a big plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
