Description
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience, within a payment services organization, as a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Consultant with a leading technology company.
• Highly preferred to have Experience on the Zuora platform / Any other platform specifically on Billing Services
• Should have hands on experience with steps, systems, workflow that is involved post transaction and receiving the response back from bank (The full Authorization Flow)
• Knowledge on PCI
• Should have knowledge in creating technical stories
• Should have worked on system integration (knowledge on API, Services)
• Sound knowledge on Workflows configuration/migration
• Extensive experience on Developer Tools
• Sound Knowledge on Various Integrations
• Ability to lead business discussions with customers, discover requirements, frame a problem statement, lead solution workshops and deliver a Technical solution.
• Experience in use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation.
• Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development
• Convert the business expectations (scope) into User Story document (BRD) covering all the requirements
• Create Feature list based on the requirements document-Elicitation of the feature and the requirements with the stake holders-Writing User Stories-Creation of Wireframe
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to develop the User Interface screen-Coordination with the stake holder for getting sign offs on the user stories, wire frames and Mock ups-Brainstorming the requirement with the internal stake holders-Organizing and leading the knowledge sharing session with the development, testing teams to spread the requirement
• Prepare and maintain traceability matrix
• Develop and maintain customer relationship and satisfaction
• Demonstrate the application with the stakeholder on a weekly basis.
• Capture the bugs/feedbacks during the walk-through with the stakeholder
• Participate in Bug Triage meetings
