Looking for Sr. Seasoned P&C BA with Guidewire experience (10yrs in P&C)
Roles & Responsibilities: •DeveIop and author procedures and workflows for Business Analyst Group to Standardize requirements processes •Work closely with Business Stakeholders to observe. eliclt and define business requirements to support changes to process, procedures ana uee of enttware systems •Provide technical system guidance and aeeletance la usere In the development, maintenance and implementation of automated end manual systems •Ability' to create detaled business worMask how diagrams via variety of Software tooIs •Preform assignments of all analytical levels including problem definlflon, external design, internal design and teeting •On a project level, identifies poteflal dlfficultles and communicates to management recommendatlone of automated systems •On task levd, may schedule, plan and coordlnate actiives of others in the development, enhancement end implementation of autometad •Develop and delivers training for end ueers and IT •Provide assistance to other analysts concerning development and testlng : • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant field is desirable or equivalent work experience • 3 5 years of experience as a business analye in the P&C insurance field • Strong knowledge of BA disciplines and methodologies (agile and waterfall) • Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate information and identify root causes in order to design, and test possible solutions •
Knowledge of Guidewire Applications: PolieyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimsCenter
